Welcome to The Lakes Country Club

My name is Steven White and I would like to welcome you to The Lakes Country Club. I am president of Foreward Golf Inc., the managing company behind The Lakes Country Club. Memberships should be as individual as the people who have them. That is why we offer different membership types.

Membership Packages

Family Membership

2 Adults residing at the same address and all dependent children residing at the same address not older than 21 years of age at the beginning of the upcoming calendar year. All members in this category receive full membership privileges.

Initiation Fee - $250.00
Family Membership - $90.00 (per month)

Members who pay 1 year in advance receive a 5% discount off their dues.

Single Membership

All members in this category enjoy full membership privileges and the spouse of such members enjoys a complementary social membership.

Initiation Fee - $250.00
Single Membership - $70.00 (per month)

Members who pay 1 year in advance receive a 5% discount off their dues.

Corporate Membership

Corporate memberships will be offered to businesses when 3 (three) or more of their employees wish to join The Lakes Country Club. All employees will be required to provide Foreward Golf Inc. proof of employment (W-2) and all fees must be paid by the business/corporation. The memberships may be cancelled or changed by the president or owner of the corporation (new members must be approved by the Management of The Lakes).

Initiation Fee (per person) - $125.00

Dues will be based as applicable on Family or Single status with a 10% discount when more than 3 memberships are purchased.

Members who pay 1 year in advance receive a 5% discount off their dues.

Social Membership

Social members enjoy the right to attend club functions such as holiday parties, club dinners etc.

Initiation Fee - $250.00
Social Membership - $30.00 (per month)

Members who pay 1 year in advance receive a 5% discount off their dues.

Junior Membership

Junior members must be under age 19 as of January 1 of the upcoming calendar year. Junior members enjoy full golfing privileges as well as club functions that are suitable for minors.

Initiation Fee $ 250.00
Junior Membership - $25.00 (per month)

Members who pay 1 year in advance receive a 5% discount off their dues.

Non-Resident Membership

In order to qualify for Non-Resident member status, all family members (or employees, in the case of Corporate Membership) may not reside permanently (more than 180 days) in any of the following counties: Brunswick, New Hanover, Columbus or Pender.

Initiation Fee - $250.00

Dues will be based on 50% of the applicable Family or Single status dues.

Members who pay 1 year in advance receive a 5% discount off their dues.
